Between 2008 and 2012 Team Nebraska Brooks was one of the top USATF Elite Development Clubs in the United States. I miss athletics (post collegiate track and field) in Nebraska. I miss the diversity. I miss the culture.
Athletics were abandoned when Team Nebraska was absorbed in 2013. I don’t know why, well maybe I do.
Nebraska Run Guru Elite, Inc. is still interested in advocating for athletics in Nebraska. Are you a high jumper? Long jumper? Sprinter? Vaulter? Thrower? Are you from Nebraska and are talented in athletic disciplines outside of simply distance running?
