I’m at a loss on how to explain the idiocy up in Minneapolis. A group has broadcast its intentions to disrupt and completely grind to a halt the Twin Cities Marathon. I’m all for peaceful protest and have been through my own versions of social unrest. I have a bad feeling about this though.

Here’s why I’m picking our Jay Welp to win Living History Farm. Linda and I went to the PLV track last night to watch him and Colin Morrissey and Carl Gladitsch and Jessa Sughroue make their oval tours. Jay did this: 1 Mile too fast. 8 X 800 cutdowns. 2:00 recovery.
