Spent the last two days doing hard work that will not yield results until next spring. Divided lilies, hostas, solomon seal, American ginger, peonies, flox, and other perennials. Prepped the beds and put them in. Now I just have to wait for the robin’s song to enjoy them.

We are hosting the 1st annual Bar None Beer Mile a week from tonight. Atypical in that it will be a road mile. Still the same requirements in that a beer must be drank prior to starting and then another at each quarter mile. We have added a team component, if you are a better runner, bring a good drinker. If you are a good drinker, bring a better runner. Those interested in participating, volunteering, or spectating shoot me an email at [email protected] for the location of the Bar None Ranch. And yes, this is 100% a Novelty Event.
