My old buddy from Oklahoma City, 2013 Lincoln Marathon Champion, WR holder for “costume” marathon with a 2:48 in a full spider man outfit, USATF Women’s Long Distance Running Executive Committee member with my dear sweet Linda. Now you can add World Champion for 100K. Took the title this past weekend in the Netherlands. I called another old bud last night, Bill McKee down in Tulsa. Advocating for my favorite runners and the Masters National 15K Champs, The Tulsa Run. Stacy Shaw and Linda will be contesting for a boat load of masters and age graded money. Bill told me Camille isn’t done yet. Going for every single American Record in the ultra plus distances. With her consistent and solid low 2:40 wheels she is bound and determined. I’ll bet she does it.
