Here we are, adding our little shines to the luminesence of the annual meeting. Always a treat to catch up with old pals and colleagues, make new friends, and bone up on what is new and exciting in the world of track, field, and distance running.
A little chilly for this afternoon’s run. I did a preview of the Market St. Mile course and it looks like it could be very fast, depending on wind direction. Rose at 3 this morning to make my flight so a little fuzzy and wuzzy, heading off to grab a quick nap before the afternoon gets too hectic. Reports and headlines as they occur.
