What is so special about the first full weekend in August? When I was dialing in the Valley Days 1500 I knew we had a winner. Inspiring others to Follow The Leader. Our second annual Metric Mile will meet Saturday’s cannon report starting with the adults at 8:00 am. Brought to the area running community by Valley 7 Lakes Marathon.
Our accompanying Kids Runs (free to all children under 12) begin at 9:30 and are sponsored by the American Health and Fitness Institute. Waived entry includes t-shirt and participation award. Building loyalty and support for our running community one race, one child at at time.
