Weather, that ficklest of fates, smiled on Johnny Rutford at Saturday’s Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon in Duluth. Perfect conditions greeted those zipping down the western shore of Lake Superior. Johnny turned in a very fine 1:06:14 to finish 27th overall.
